Default AHHH, YES. . .

It seems like only yesterday . . . tdelarm's fave Zermatt Silver 928 GTS... with the 'fee-free' textured paint-job...
(post #18 in original, or rather last thread)...

This part seems to have been deleted from the write-up this time, as well as the rest of the photo collection:

Now the reason for the exceptionally low price. All of the paint is completely original, but the extremely hot Arizona sun has taken it's toll to the paint on the roof, rear spoiler and one of the front pillars. This is such a small disadvantage to acheive such a low price, but this is one of those opportunities that rarely presents itself, so may I suggest you take full advantage of it now!

TONY'S MONKEY LINKY

Hey, maybe if the car spent some time in a cold climate, instead of the Arizona heat, it's 'paint would grow back'. . .

I have to say, whenever you get a car thats discounted because its in need of a complete respray, thats actually a bonus for me. Hell if the price allows for a $10K paint job, then i can paint it whatever color I want, say Cobalt Blue, or Lapis Blue, or pearlglanz green, or whatever the hell you want. I see this as a definite bonus. So the question is this car really worth $35K with perfect new paint, I would think so, if not then only spend $5000 on paint and you have a very nice car for 30K mechanicals aside, it does say it has "few problems" that cant be good

$18k and it would start to make sense if there are not too many mechanical issues. While having it painted side protection could be also removed for example.
