Yes and No.
Yes because the 1985 and 1986 Euro cars used Bosch LH Jetronic, and if you could find one of those complete systems, you can install it on the car and make a custom chip to tune the a/f ratios based upon the engine and US specifications.
No because it's not a direct swap.

The EZF/LH2.2 are, AFAIK, pretty rugged. So used ones are a good option, IMHO (EG $150 at 928Intl).

I don't think it would be worth it....for at best a minimal gain...for all that trouble might as well get a S4+ engine with brains and do the swap the right way! Then you get the S4+ 316HP vs the 234 you have now!
