I did it on the backs. The fronts should be about the same process with the only caveat being that the fronts are made of aluminum whereas the rears are steel - so it should go a lot easier.

The front fenders are brittle not soft which is why they often crack rather than bend ...the alloy used and how it is heat treated makes the fenders dent resistant which is a good thing BUT makes them hard to work /pound out /bend.

yes, it takes a nice wood bat to do the fronts. be patient and have someone pushing the car to make the bat act like a rolling machine. you can work the angle after multiple passes. the first pass is critical to make sure it bends in and not out once you get a little angle, the rest is easy and very effective.

just checked out the video. got to use a bat. it has a taper so you get the right thickness. (especially with the bat handle area) Plus, i noticed the angle wasnt kept undercontrol (you have to walk or move with the car, pushing the bat pointed down as much as possible to avoid the "duck bill " result.
looks like it turned out pretty good, but the front will have to take a little more care, plus, you will need the fat end of the baseball bat for it.
