Hmm...

Seems to have no sunroof (as best as I can see)....and it is a Euro...

If the rims are original, it would be an Automatic tranny.....

OK..so (pure speculation mode on here)....engine has suffered perhaps tbelt failure....but in theory...this could be a Euro S (model year 1980)...or just a plain 240hp Euro 79.....

Hope someone can save this one....

Later,
Tom

Why don't people who are selling stuff on eBay take the 30 seconds necessary to wipe the snow off the car? Not doing so does nothing but make you wonder about things like whether the sunroof is there. Just a little effort would probably result in a higher selling price.

Sorry for the rant. It's a pet peeve.

You say it's a Euro, I see the side markers but the headlights have the chrome trim ring. Did early Euros have the chrome trim ring?

No title is never a good sign. Parts, it is.

I would guess no sunroof. My 81 Euro-S has none. However mine does have the "chrome trim ring" which is part of the conversion from 8" Euro lamps to DOT approved 7" sealed beams.

Dave, when the guy says, "Sorry about the pictures, there are no more"... maybe he broke the camera while getting the snow off the car?

Is that a stick or the sunroof line?

Federal requirements were to disable the adjustable headlights on the Euros and replace with standard sealed beams (during the Federalization process). Also add front and rear marker lights and the usual emissions stuff..

The wheels look like Phone Dials so I'm guessing it's not an S.

PortraitFixerKen: check your email.

Uh, Dave Thomas died a while ago. Although I'd like to claim to be an heir to his fortune, there's no connection.
