Nice to see everyone today. Driving close to home for a change was a real treat for me. On the final leg near Wooden Valley, I had to take it easy since Tammy was going into cardiac arrest in the passenger seat. I don't think we'll be driving together on the next one. In fact, she says I can't drive her car anymore becaue I was abusing it!

Her "pink" S4 definitely needs an RMB. Now that it seems to be running right, I guess that's next on the list.

Nicole: I was going to tell you your pace was fine. You were moving along pretty good.

She just needs to be in the drive seat. She seemed to be driving it faster than you, Paul. Honestly, we have to be careful. There is great potential to go way too fast into some of those 180 degree hairpins. I felt plenty of lateral g's today.

I know what she means. I kept thinking I was being too abusive myself. Didn't slow me down much. Just made me feel a little ashamed.

Paul, Isn't that the reason you try to get her to drive her own car in the ORR
events, so she lets you drive your car as fast as you want? I'll try not to be so
squemish at the Gamblers . In fact if you let me drive, I'd hope you don't mind
if I got fast also .

Charley, These cars love to go fast. Sure you may lose a little tire rubber
or brake pads, but the 928s just seems to drive better the faster you go.
At least that's been my experience. Of course, my wife only went on one
fun drive with me and said she didn't need to do that any more...

Brian,

I just have plain jane US, nothing special here ... just an additive that gives the OB real 98 octane

How did you like the set of 11's from the stop sign?

Cheers,
Andre

Sorry to miss it --was in LA on Fri/Sat, so wife forced me to take her to the beach on Sun. It was a beautiful warm sunny day --now my clear coat is peeling --on my shoulders, not the car.
