We offer our full boot in a variety of combinations:

1. For conversion of the existing shifter plate:
http://www.marketworks.com/StoreFron...12&i=180592766

2. Various combinations of #1 with shifter plates in metal, wood or carbon

3. Complete drop-in replacements of the existing shifter plate with the full boot already installed.

4. A version of #3 with LED lighting for the PRND21

Boots are available in a variety of colors. We can do contrasting stitching, too!

PM or call me, and I'll help you find the right type for what you want to do with your interior.

It's probably not your favorite color... I've never ordered a boot in that color; I guess they wanted to test how far out people want to go in customizing their car.

I don't think he's out to intentionally screw anyone out of money. If I made that inference, I apologize. However, if you're going to be in business, regardless if it's a side business or not, there are certain responsibilities one must live up to. The first being to manage customer expectations. The difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction is how well those expectations are managed.

As a business owner myself, not answering communications in a timely manner, not being able to fulfill orders within a reasonable time frame, and especially not letting your customer know what is going on is simply inexcusable in my eyes. We haven't even talked about the product yet.

I think we're all becoming too accepting of pitiful service and mediocrity. I just don't stand for it any more. Or... I'm just getting more crotchety as I get older. Some say the latter is more accurate.

ok, ok... I'm off my soapbox now.

I'd install it on the project car if you gave it to me for free

Would you happen to know off hand if your store carries any non-metallic auto *****? At a glance I only see the aluminum/stainless/CF ones that I wouldn't get unless I had the whole interior trim kit (no money for that...lol)

V2Rocket: Our shifter options are somewhat limited at this time, but I hope we'll have more again soon.

Outler: Remember that the 928 market is very, very small - particularly when it comes to aftermarket stuff. And we all want something different. I face the dilemma all the time about what to stock - because so many things are custom and have to be made to order, which takes time. The good thing is that we CAN make things to match your specific car, so that it looks its best. Just remember that none of us - not Jager, not 928stuff, not Hooked On Cars are businesses that a person can make a living from. Nto even close. We're all enthusiasts trying to help other enthusiasts...

You shouldn't have to make excuses for poor service. Just because one doesn't make all their money from a particular business doesn't give one license to be incompetent about their business. Being that this community is so small I would expect a higher degree of service, not lower.

I'm upset because after two weeks nothing arrived, and I had to email several times before actually getting a response. Only to find the order had yet to ship, but will the next day (supposedly). Two more weeks passed and still nothing. I've emailed several times now without a response. I'm left with no other option but to dispute the transaction since I don't know what is going on with the order. What I do know is I'm currently out $200, been lied to once, and can't get any response to my inquiries (nice and professional emails too, not unhinged diatribes).

If the product is back ordered, or currently out of stock, just let me know. It is that simple. I am a patient man as long as I'm being kept in the loop. Otherwise, there is no excuse.

Nicole, I've ordered several items from you and have always been happy. You seem to run a healthy "part time" business. I wish you continued success.

I'm with you on the cust svc aspect. Communication should be simple in today's age.

But, for some reason, I think Rick is having some personal issues. A small side biz can become a low priority if it comes to one's health, family, etc...
