Coolant running down bulkhead - Heater Matrix?

With the engine at operating temperature, and at 3000rpm or more, I get a constant flow of coolant down the bulkhead on the passenger side just below the expansion tank. It is not coming from any of the hoses that I can see or touch, and not from the expansion tank overflow which is dry.
It seems to be coming from the rubber flap above the loom, which I am guessing means that the heater matrix is leaking. Please bear in mind that this is a right hand drive car.
I know that on most cars replacing the heater is very very very awkward. Pressumably on the 928 it is far worse.
Any advice welcome.

I would check the heater hose connections under the plastic cowl either a hose is split or a clamp is loose if you flexed any of these hoses while replacing the resivour then you may have caused one to weaken and split.

A leak at the inlet of the heater core or hose in the cowl area is one possibility. The fluid would run to the edges at the passenger side and come out from a drain hole on the firewall near the resevoir, I don't think it would likely enter the cabin.
