Susan had three radars at over 200 as a driver with a 15mph plus headwind, with me in the pucker seat! Not really, she is an incredible driver!

Be safe, be fast!

Susans wr run is 168.xxx or 169.xxxmph average, which has yet to be broken.

Cheryl can do it....the car is faster and "better" than, in many ways, than The White Car.

I think the pitter patter of little feet has slowed us down quite a bit , well at least me for now!

Wonder what Susan has to say about this!!

Cheers,
marc

Here are some of the photos of the car and the proof of the 200 mph. The official radar speeds are still not posted. Yes I am very proud of my wife for sitting in the nav seat. Later this year she will drive the beast in her own ORR and I will be sitting in the other seat.
Marc and Susan were the pioneers of the 928's being raced in ORR. Nothing is meant to take anything away from their accomplishments. They were the first and still the fastest. We are all trying to beat them (and they are helping us do it) but we are a ways off still.

Well done Tim and Cheryl! It was great to see you at the weekend, and all four Porsches made first or second place in their classes.

Actually, I can't wait for Cheryl to break my record! Hopefully we will be able to be there to cheer you guys on at an event this year. I do miss the speed, but mostly miss the people, these ORR events are like FAMILY.

***oops*** was accidentally logged in as my sig other!

Nice to put a face with the name Simon. Come on up to MKM and run some events with us. We actually have a Porsche team up here.

Yep the tape was as solid as the car was. Cheryl & I spent about an hour putting on that little bit of tape. Marc showed us how he wanted it and Richard S gave me the idea on the driving light plugs.

...and I have a suspicion that despite the stickers, you did all this without a K&N filter in the car. But then again, you probably didn't carry any yellow pages, either.

Oh contraire, my lovely one. The Yellow Pages are always in the car. Got to make the sponsors happy.

I just realized that I did not take pictures of the car after we taped the hood seams. We actually did that later in the day after I checked all of the engine components and fluids. Just wanted to explain that before Marc pointed it out to me that I did not do the entire job.
