Default Clearing Sun Roof Vent Drain Holes

My sun roof has been leaking, and I learned about the vent holes in the front corners of the sun roof. I tried blowing air through them, no help. I then tried pushing some heavy weed eater line through it, but it only goes in about six inches on each side. How far do those drain holes go, and does anyone have any sugestions to clear them out?

I unbent a wire coathanger and jammed it down the hole...

After that I used alot of simple green down the pipes to clean them out and check their flow.

The plastic lawn trimmer string works great and it won't scratch the paint.

Don't use a coat hanger or solid wire. I used an electricians wire fish and poked a hole in the rubber drain hose. The fish came right out between the headliner and the roof at the doorjamb.

I ended up loosening the headliner and pulling the rubber drain tube all the way out to patch it with silicone, then used 1/8th inch coated cable to reinstall the hose. My drain hose on the passenger side was crimped close, so it wouldn't drain. It drains just fine now.

I can get weed wacker line through all 4 holes now.

I'm going to inject some simple green in the front holes in the corners, then try the heavy weed eater line. Where are the other two holes, or where do they drain to?

The drivers side drain hose is almost always pinched closed by the vacuum canister in the upper fender area. One M6 bolt holds it in place behind the tempostat (cruise canister) after you remove the fender liner. If you can't go from above down, try going from down to up.
I'd take a picture of how it gets pinched, but am too lazy.
