The assortment:

Headgaskets - 100 dollars for the pair (includes shipping)
Box thing - 20 bucks
Jack - (someone emailed me about this, but I can't remember who) 45 dollars
Flat plug controller thingy - no idea what it is, so tell me and I will get a price.

I realize now that I did not list prices for everything in the picture. The shoe is discounted to below wholesale at 2penc. You must bring english money. My son believes it exhibits magical powers.
The glove box door - 25 bucks sounds good.
That motor is the rear wiper, and someone has PMed on that. Will update.

The TT harmonic vibration damper weight will make a good door stop, or in conjunction with a few others would make a good set of rollers for moving a heavy war canoe down a boat ramp.

72 is probably frequency which damper is designed to dampen. I have heard on other damper which had 64Hz in it. Don't know about degrees.

It was just written on the sticker and put on the dampener. This unit is from an S4 TT. The 78 I took apart DID NOT have one either.

'88 S4 also has a sticker. It says 90Hz and 22 degrees IIRR. Forgot note where I wrote those numbers down into garage. Will update TT rebuild thread with this info and pics later.
