Default PCA Potomac @ Summit Point

I love going to these events and seeing all sorts of cool Porsches- 914, 911 SC, Targas,Boxter(986), Cayman S, Cayenne, 964, 944S2, 951, 968, 993, 996,997 T . But I was proud to represent (once again) the only Shark in attendance! Believe me, they really stand on their own in a crowd- got several compliments.

Panzer,

Way to be our ambassador to the local PCA crowd! Sounds like it was a good time.

From your sig, I'd say we can consider ourselves well represented.

Are you sure you were with Potomac? Potomac's first and only with in the beginning of March. Schattenbaum may have been the most recent PCA DE at Summit.

Sorry Johnny(s)- Went up with Chris & his Targa, To spectate only- pretty crappy weather towards the end of the day. I did FATT a few weeks ago. In my estimation, the FATT sessions are more "high- performance" oriented than the HPDC @ the Jefferson Circuit. The Summit Circuit is obviously the longer and faster track, as I hit 120+ down the straight, before T-1. My instructor would literally yell for me to go full throttle as any track became available, as opposed to the seemingly more conservative and controlled HPDC. I'm sure it's still fun , though.

Wasn't my HPDC experience. Didn't hit 120 on Jefferson because the track is much smaller and has shorter straights. But had enough speed to do the slip angle thing. First couple of times around I was warned by my instructor that I might be going home early. But IIRC, starting in the second session he was telling me to floor it at turn-in the rest of the day.
