That is an 86 pictured, but you could get the "S4" update bumper cover and then add the lower valance. This is what Pat Edwards did with the kit he bought from us.

Pat Edwards cut this valence in half to make it fit the way he wanted it to. I don't know why, but I caught a glimpse of a mention of it on a cashed Google page that no longer exists.
