Maybe we should just stop talking about the car and let this thread fall back. And let bigs continue to enjoy the climax of motoring. I mean, as a gynaecologist, one should know that life without the occasional climax is not exactly the most desirable...

Maybe this thread could be moved to OT, where we run a charity drive to help bigs pay off his shark.......................

There have been less worthy ideas floated over there, believe me....

Maybe a raffle!

Well, I'll have to admit...

So far the PM lines haven't exactly been smokin' with interested parties!

I think I'll go ahead in the near future and put her on eBay as well as locally here in UT.

But, you know... Maybe the car just won't sell! In which case I can at least tell the little woman, "Hey honey. I tried! Doggonit! I tried, and tried, and tried, but no luck!!"

It is best when making major changes to do it in stages. I was able to sell my 89, but when I tried selling the 80 I had to quit because the claw marks were ruining the paint.

Bigs, I think you've done enough due diligence. Looks like you're stuck with the car. Darn.

I don't know Bigs,
I might sell the house before selling the 928 though. To me the house is a hole in the earth you throw money into for brief times of satisfaction and usually is a place you want to escape from in the car, but the 928 brings permagrin to my face and provide the release that is badly needed!

You people are all hilarious and/or crazy!

And you, Warren, need a wife to provide the release that is badly needed!!

Bigs this news saddens me, I think that I need a 12 step program for 928 withdrawls. This car is very nice and you will be missed. What are the chances of a farewell drive with your local 928 friends?

One last shameless bump for anyone who may have missed it...

I may throw in one or two of my firearms in the deal for the lucky buyer as well!

That could come in handy (firearms) as I have wanted to blast a hole through the block on a few occasions.

Why not sell your wife's Lexus? You did say you were remodeling the house. That's usually a wife promoted thing.

NEVER, EVER give a gun to the buyer of your used car just before he drives off.

That's a tantalizing thought, Louie.

Course if I did that, I certainly wouldn't give away any of my firearms with the deal! I'd need them all!
