just as the headline said...lol
anyway while i was scrubbing away i noticed the spaces between the bushings.
that's not really good , is it?
and how much will it cost to fix ?

I think this might be normal. There are some smaller diameter spacers in there that make it look like everything is loose. An example is internal bushings in the rubber that stick out further than the shock mount.
What is up with your rear springs? Why are those spring helpers in there? Is that intentional or do you have weak springs?

i put them in to raise the ride height without having to mess with the adjuster.
it was cheaper than buying the tool and easier on my knockles.
also the threads on the adjuster looked really crappy and need to be lubed big time

The bushing space is normal. Get rid of those spring spacers. Lube and wire brush the crud off the adjusters. There is a lot of rust all over. It would be worth spritzing all the nuts on the undercarraige with penetrant a few times over the next week if you have any plans of getting them apart at some point in the future.

hi bill thanks for the advice.
yeah i defenetely do that.
the spacers are a must right now , since i got a bit of a rubbing issue.
the PO lowered the the car way too much and i couldn't get to the top threads of the adjuster.
so i just went this route to not mess tings up

Don't be too surprided if those nuts will not turn. My car was from Canada, thus having alot of corrosion on them. I applied so much torque that the wrench bent in my hand. I ended up having to buy used ones from 928 INTL when I replaced my shocks. They are not that expensive.

Hmmmm...... OCD is that like when I set out to just change the PS pump and end up doing all the belts, both fan bearings, air filter, splash guards (with new screws), oil change and cleaning most of the underside of the engine?
Is there a cure?
