I had the same problem Mark, although I do know he was moving premises. On his old website it lists several phone numbers you could try:
(707) 558 - 0911
(707) 558 - 0928
(707) 558 - 0944
(707) 558 - 0996
FAX: (707) 558 - 0986
If he is still selling the inlet systems please let us know, as a few others are interested.
Regards

If I were you, I'd call up your credit card company pronto to try to get your money back.

I have had the same problem too. Called many times and sent many emails. Never once did I get a response.
It's hard to imagine that when you want to spend ~$3500 on their intake they wont return the call!

(The following is rambling thoughts, not accusations)
I think it's sad when someone jumps into a specialty business with a great idea but not quite enough financial backing to fully develop a business past the teething-problems stage where most start-ups flounder. This sets the stage for something even worse: the robbing-Peter-to-pay-Paul syndrome where non-existent product is sold for the badly needed cash (ummm... like hey the rent's due!) to stay open or pay back the credit card company that just gave the previous customer's money back. Meanwhile the phone is ringing off the hook but no callers are placing orders - they're wondering where that neat product is or when they're going to pay up on the equipement and supplies they bought.
A buddy of mine had to retract payment from a customer chopper vendor last year. The guy was a not only a pre-seller of accessories (selling product he didn't have and then trying to find it for a lower price - wtf!) but his custom-built frames turned out to be another vendor's factory seconds. Luckily my friend's bank treated his debit card like a credit card and gave his money back, then went after Mr. Bad Business Model - who is now operating under a different name and is the subject of many lively threads on the chopper forums (we don't have many bona-fide death threats here, thankfully).
Damn, those carbon fiber intakes looked nice tho!

The 928 Developements (RS Racing) manifold
Is the manifold pictured at the top still an option for you 32v guys?

The manifold is still an option, if you can get one that is.
I race a gts in the uk and engines must be virtually stock except inlet and exhaust can be changed, hence the inlet would of complemented my msds headers and eprom change.

it is a 93 GTS that was built for a porsche european endurance championship back in 1995 the car raced at many famous grand prix circuits winning the championship in 1996.
i used the car in the porsche open last year, for 2007 i have changed from bilstein suspension to 3 way adjustable ohlins which should sort out the frustrating handling from 2006.
it now ways 1245 kgs down from 1300 for 2006, thanks to a carbon dash pod with stack gauges, lighter loom, glass tailgate, bonnet, wings, front and rear bumpers, plexi glass windows inc rear quarters and many other parts removed. Pictures on kf neilson website then click on porsche open.

Never dealt with them, but the NorCal 928 group did a tour of their shop a couple of months ago.
Their physical address is:
R.S. Racing Developments
151 Waterfront Avenue
Mare Island, CA 94592
According to his card, Threshie's email is:
phil@911developments.com
Ken Adolph (who I believe is one of the principals in the company) posts here as "GUMBALL"
