To elaborate on atb, the cast D90 wheels have sharp internal corners in the window between the spokes and the rim, a forging would need radii everywhere and wouldn't be suited to sharp corners. That's one way to tell, look at the D90 pics on your Ebay wheel thread to see what I mean Harvey.
BTW, was the verdict on your Ebay wheels that they were S4 rims that had windows painted on them?

Just realized that the CS wheel 8's and 9's look alike from the face side.
Unlike the S4 7's and 8's where one can spot the dealer that installs the 8" wheels on one side.

It's too bad tires degrade over time so makes stashing away a couple sets of 245's nearly impossible as the tire world moves to 19", 20" . . .

Ernest (NYC) Maybe I can run 17"ers for a while.
