A Suggestion about acronyms.
We use a wide variety of acronyms on this forum, some of which some of us don't know. I'd like to suggest that when posters first uses an acronym, they spell out the full term, such as Limited Slip Differential (LSD); thereafter just using the acronym which will then be understood by everyone who reads the thread.

It seems that the most common source of confusion are TBF(Timing Belt Failure) and TBF(Thrust Bearing Failure). The former TBF only costs you some valves, the latter costs a block and then some.
Other than that, it's mostly all in the sticky at the top of the forum. Maybe RTFM?

My point is, why should one be forced to refer to stickies when it only takes a slight amount of consideration (something that the previous posts on this thread indicate might be in short supply) and very few keystrokes to sidestep the problem altogether.

As opposed to taking a little bit of your own time to learn them.
Please read and learn from this thread. It's posted at the top.
