Yuk! You Swedish people know how to have fun.
I believe there was a red 928 w/the same type flares that was offered for sale awhile back...can't find the photo yet but it look just the same...except red.

This is not factory. The last 928 ever built had flared front fenders from the factory option code x38.
Take a look http://928registry.org/1995-928GTS-Pearlglanz.htm
IMHO it doesn't look good and interrupts the smooth lines of the car. I would expect flares like this on a Ford Capri but not on a GTS.

Its a Japanese GTS....i've seen those type of flares while watching the Japanese auctions....another give away is the red flare mounted on the passenger side footwell.....mine came with the same thing which at first i took to be a fire extinguisher.
