This kind of service is quite typical of Nicole. She and I worked through a minor problem with a shifter plate I ordered from her, at no small expense to her for shipping, I am sure. Whenever I need/want something for my 928 I first check to see if Hooked on Cars stocks it and often refer others to the site.
