Ahh are you replacing the water pump ? If so are you using a new or rebuilt? I had a factory new unit on mine and it took a dump after 1800 miles i then replaced the belt and pump with one of our fresh rebuilt units and all is well, I also put on another new belt as the the other new belt had gotten soaked in the orange coolant and i was not into taking any more chances with my fresh motor

Well, I didn't get good night's sleep as my PC decided to barf all over itself. Took me hours to piece it back together, and considering what it was doing, it was like fixing 6 broken water pump bolts.

Anders, that is way cool. I can decipher enough to get an idea of what you are saying. Definitely would like the hard copy!
