If off a tooth, it may be quicker to place a tie-wrap/spring clamp on the 'good' left gear, remove all tension, lift the carrier arm off - then turn the right gear clockwise one tooth ..... reassemble to perfection

I was able to advance the cam gear one tooth by removing pressure from the tensioner and using a clamp on the roller to fully compress the tensioner.

By 1 PM, the engine start like a new one. No strange sound (well, a strange sound from the PS pump due to the change of a Power Steering HOSE but that's another story) no leaks

That all for today.

I will try to find how to remove the air in the PS tonight.

Thanks to all of you.

Air in the PS? Fill the reservoir, run the car and move the steering side to side and it should purge. Watch the reservoir level and make sure it doesn't get low. It will froth as the air comes out but this should clear once the air is gone and the reservoir fluid should be clear red again.

Congrats on the successul WP/TB job!

I flushed my PS system by removing thr return line from the reservoir, plug that end of the res. and adding a long line to the return line putting the end in an oil drain pail. Now with 3 litres of Dex III tranny fluid ready and the cap off the res start the car and flush 2 litres through the system using the third litre to top it all off.

Becareful the pump flows the fluid very quickly. After the 2 litre flush re-attach the return hose to the res. retart the car add fluid to bring it up to the correct level and c'est fini.

Luc's t-belt looks a little "fuzzy" on the edges...I don't recall that on any of the belts I've installed.

Fur actually - a winter spec belt, that will shed by spring.
