You need a little helper around the house for just that reason. Even w/o supervision they can do a great job.

They come in handy for other things, but I've yet to find out what.

Those dust shields are now the only thing left to clean, prep and paint...silver or black?
Just trying to help...

The next !Bling! item will be fake huge brake rotors with 8-piston calipers. Something that will fill those wheels a little better. There's lotsa daylight flowing around the original "biggest-we-can-stuff-into-the-giant-16" wheels" stuff that came on the car.

BTW, they look GREAT, especially with the nice clean insides.

Looks awesome, Brian. So, when do you get the giant sized seal-a-meal?

I'm seriously debating painting the rotors & dust shields with high temp engine paint.....then I think about doing this: http://members.rennlist.com/v1uhoh/brakerf.htm

red calipers with white porsche lettering (or maybe black)...would look so sweet! I dunno....it would be alot of work!

The rusted parts of the rotors with nasty dust shields just really bothers me.....I now I'm stupid picky...but I just want it to be perfect!

It is a lot of work, but it's also very satifying. I hope to post pics of my new wheels later today along with the red calipers and cross drilled rotors. Looks awesome!

Brian, you could just wait till the existing rotors wear out & replace with zinc plated...
