The chrome looks good, but I would leave the interior black, put chrome wheels on it with black calipers

FWIW - The Alsa process was discussed at a Paint Preparation class I am taking at a Vintage Auto Restoration company.
People in the restoration business have been using the process and most of them have had positive results with it. I have seen parts that one person has completed after purchasing the system and I must say they do look impressive. It does not look like a paint, it really does look like the material has been chrome plated.

If my track car needed a repaint - I would consider this.

If that stuff would hold up to daily wear it would be a great alterative to chroming ones wheels!

That's one of the craziest things I've ever seen, those seats look odd in a German car, much more in place in a Lambo or something that a sheik might step out of, complete with a dry ice fog machine that kicks into gear when it's put into park, and some lasers so that let people really know that you are here!

I gotta say I like it, With the exception of the yellow which ruins what appears to be a pretty decent interior. I have the hot wheel car somewhere around here that this looks exactly like, and it too has a sort of rough finish on it, not nearly as polished as the lambo or merc. I'll post it if I can find it.

All 928s are interesting. In a line up of 50 928s, this one would get a lot of attention.

Your right - it would get a lot of attention - even if for the "what the ..." factor.

He just needs to lose the yellow, and make the car look very monochrome.
Make it look very sleek and futuristic, which the 928 excels at...
Lose all the tacked on junk, reflectors, etc, and clean it all up.

I think it would look cool if they did the painted-on rivets ala the "Industrial GTI" that was on Street Tuner Challenge recently

Yeah spaceship alright! Pretty unique. But there was another one posted on here a few months ago: https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...ght=chrome+928

Talk was if it's even street legal...

I admire it only because I know what labor went into it to get it to that point!
