If it is just the backs a big burnout may help get them back to spec. I had a similiar situatiion in my Toyota Seqouia and warped the rotors as well.

you flat spotted it 4 sure. i did it once in my 944 (i could hear the f/r chirping as i pumped the brakes, but the f/l was locked the whole time). took it down to the cords. Once the tire was off the car, it was very easy to spot.
