Some tire shops can "machine" your tires back to round. Call a few shops, have them throw them on a balancer and find out what is up.

hehehe.

By the way, don't be concerned about your rotors, locking is the way they like braking most (no friction= no heat). Your tires, on the other hand...

you flat spotted it 4 sure. i did it once in my 944 (i could hear the f/r chirping as i pumped the brakes, but the f/l was locked the whole time). took it down to the cords. Once the tire was off the car, it was very easy to spot.
