Default Will these spokeless wheels fit my 928?

I'm wondering about the ET, and whether the lack of airflow would be an issue, and how hard it would be to keep them clean...

OK, not really, just posting some 928 content to keep it in this forum for a little while. Found them here.

Certainly is a novel approach to wheel design, but I wouldn't drive on them. I'm sure the bolt pattern is wrong, but tht ET could be easily adapted to fit.

Transparent Aluminum. Right out of Star Trek IV.

Sure it is....

Me thinks they would not hold up too well on the pot-holed streets here in Yankee Land.

Too blingy for me also.

And think how cool those wheels will look on a Honda Civic with its 3-inch diameter brake rotors.

Whatta ride. Yessireee.... rollin' in style. Pimpin' even.[/SARCASM]

With the right color neon lighting they could be tasteful.

I got a drill so we can make them fit anything you want. I got some old tree trunks if your more for the Flintstones approach.

Maybe you could cross drill them to match the rotors.

So what sort of static charge would one need to put on the transparent aluminum to keep the brake dust from sticking to the inside of the Corelle wheels. (Anybody remember the practically non-breakable Corning Glass cookware).

Will those magnetic aquarium cleaning (clean both sides of glass) kits be able to
get this wheel set clean inside and out?

Be cool on trackdays to see the brake rotors glowing.
