I've always joked that the secondary air pump filter holder was really the only cupholder in a 928. Now I'm starting to really believe it. My father was involved in a joint engineering project with Porsche in the late 80's. While he was there he was given a porsche glass. It is completely plain except for the porsche Crest. He gave that glass to me. When o saw it in the cupboard I immediately tried it in my 928 cupholder. Perfect fit, AND, they put a hole in the holder the exact size and height of the Crest! How crazy is that! 😋
Had to back out of the driveway when it was this low to keep the spoiler from grinding itself off into the road...love how it looks all hunkered down like that from the front though

Cool story actually. My high school buddy does disc golf and apparently about 100 miles south of Kansas City they held one of the biggest disc golf tournaments in the U.S. He and his wife traveled from western NC to play. He's really good and he and the person he was in the tournament with did well. I gave him my WRX to drive while he was here.... I had to fill it from almost empty every evening when they'd get back LOL. 16 gallon tank too! in a little over 200 miles...I think he may have exceeded the posted speed limit once or twice...or drove it in 3rd gear the whole way He definitely has the relaxed look going there....

Missed cleaning that connection (it's not a ground) for a looong time it looked like. Car runs better..not sure what this feeds but it made a positive diff.
Finally got my new to me Club Sport wheels on the 928, they're in good but not perfect condition. Imported them from Australia.
I have wanted Club Sports wheets on my car since my first 928 in 2009, chuffed to have finally got there with this set.
