What are the expected results with such large valves? It seems that shrouding could be a problem.

More flow and more power. For a 7 liter stroker engine, bore 108mm. These 944 heads made in Finland do have 46/39mm valves. For 4000cc four-cylinder engines.

Did you flow the heads with a 108mm tube on a flow bench? How did it compare with stock heads flown on a 100mm tube?

Nope, only flowed with 108mm bore. However the flow is limited by interaction between the two intake valve. I have an intake port where the valves have been moved apart by 3mm but I have not finished it nor flow tested it. Expect an improvement though.
