This is the stationary trunnion side of the jack from #0021.
You certainly wouldn't trust your life under any 928 jack, but it looks like even Porsche's OEM decided this was a suboptimal design pretty quickly, here's a later '78 jack:

I don't remember there being those machining marks on the inside of the bearing cages, but these are the axles from US '78 #0021, just thought it was cool. Here's a less glamorous axle shaft pic:
