If you look close, these are modified S4 rails for a 16V intake. Turbo Todd silver soldered on different fittings to make the hose routing easier with the 16V distributor.

There are a couple places that do this work near me, this was my first time using this shop. They charged me all of $45 to run all 8 rails through.
