Went to Owls Head Transportation Museum in Maine this weekend for their Wings And Wheels Show. Lots of interesting cars and planes.
Airship included P51, Corsair, and Avenger plus Sherman biplane acrobatics. As usual I was the only 928, but did get a lot of looks and questions...great time!
A/C compressor hoses are now >$1200 per set. Time to start rebuilding them. I already had the hydraulic crimper tool. A hour or so
with a Dremel, $10 in new hose and ferrules, and about an hour to measure, fit and crimp.

Hi Dave
Great job on those hoses, they look great. Of course as you know we are a long time Griffiths Dealer and can get you a little better deal on those hoses.
Happy Humpity Day,
Dave

Stan, D.R., Griffith's doesn't make hoses for the 10PA20s only for the 6E171s. Also, the hard lines wouldn't be yellow-chromated zinc. Most of my 6E171 clients would be fine with Griffith's hoses. At least one of my 10PA20 clients will want the lines to be yellow zinc. Assuming the lines above test good, the next set will be constructed with plated parts.
