You should take that up with Porsche/Brembo...every new "Big Red" caliper I ever got direct from Porsche was painted over everything on the outside..even the flare nuts and crossover pipes. I always had to chip off the paint off the flare nuts (so the flare wrench would fit) to swap the crossover pipe from one end to the other for 928s (factory Big Reds come backwards for 928s).

MY 928th POST
For my 928th post ...
Here are some pics of my newly refinished Cup 2's to go on my GTS. It was worth the drive of 2 hours to take them to the guy that did them ... perfect.
The wheel specialist I took them to often refinishes brand new wheels on luxury cars to get a better finish than factory. I told him I wanted the finish inside as good as the outside ... and that's what he did as you can see.
The last pic is a repost of a pic of the interior of my GTS ... I hope no one minds

So, if you don't like my pics, TOO BAD!! This is a "random 928 picture thread" and every pic I have posted has some 928 content.
And, this car has been out EVERY DAY since May 22! Actually earlier if you saw the "Sifting from 3 to 4 at red line" post!
My point is!!!! Drive it!!!!! I don't own 928s to look at them!! I own a 928 because I LOVE TO DRIVE IT!!!! So, drive your car or SHUT UP!!!

Denny thanks for sharing your passion and the reason for all of the the pictures.
.Now for your car you could add on a set of bolt on spacers to kick out the rear wheels a bit it would fill out the rear fenders.
