Here's a scan of the company you're keeping from the latest Road & Track.

In my brief scan it looks like the Enzo, Panoz, CGT, and the 911 GT1 are the only ones that beat it. THe cheapest of which is $455k!

That is definitely a reality. I wasn't exactly sure how much grip these tires would have so I drove it around the block a few times to warm them up and then stood on it in first and second gear to see if something would break (I wanted to do this close to home). It pushed the car forward pretty good but at full throttle it spins the tires freely in first and just a little in second. I figure if I had total grip in first gear (or maybe even second) I would either snap the drive shaft or a half shaft for sure.

I'm not exactly sure on the boost. There is NO WAY you can look at the boost gauge under full throttle but I would estimate I am around 15-16 psi.

The motor is virtually a stock motor with the pistons dished out to lower the compression to 8.6:1 There are a lot of other small modifications but that list would get a little tedious to try and lay out here.

I have the JDS Shark Tuner and really need to get it on the car for some testing. I'm sure I have way too much timing advance upstairs which is certainly not helping me.

I was just looking at Murph's graph, and what's truely impressive is that his 0-60 is over 2.0 seconds. Wow!

OMG!!! Tim just sent me his G-tech file!

Here's his run -vs- my best run which I took to 143. Look at the 0-130 times! He's almost 5 full seconds faster! I can't even imagine what that must be like! Super job, Murph! But I think you could do better. Looking at the RPM scale, you didn't even rev it to 2.5k rpms on launch. That's good for about 0.2 of a second right there (but may also cause things to break...)

That is awesome!

My Murf kit is on order - should be here within the next couple of weeks - I can't wait.

He is also shifting, at, ahem, 7k rpm. Because its still, um, pulling up there. Like a fighter jet pulling off an aircraft carrier.

I bounced the rev limiter in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Just one bounce in each gear.

I won't be doing too many more of these runs any time soon. The car does not feel safe accelerating as hard as it does. The drag radials are a little taller than stock, which is what the ride height is set for. Scrubbing off the speed at the end of a run gets pretty squirrelly.

For those that said they would love to get a ride in this thing you might want to think twice about that. There is not one person that I have given a ride that was comfortable sitting in the passenger seat. About 5000 rpm in 3rd is when the screaming usually starts.

I'd go, as long as its on 172 or 57, and not, like, down one o f the back roads in Alluez.

I'd go. And yes, I'd feel like my bung was welded shut, and I might even put my foot through the firewall, but then... that's why i want a ride! ADRENALIN!
