well just about everyones dash was or is cracked so we will move from there.
Looks like you need to contact cement up some carpet thats drooping, get a new pair of the floor mats, and a good cleaning? seats may be the easiest find for a good deal! I don't knw where yuo live tho. Also, Nicole with hookedoncars.com can fix your shifter to look really good!

Reg. welding, it's only because I made up new brackets for the rear seats. I'm sure that you can do it the "rcoble" way too.....

The newer style airbag dash and console all bolt on with no mods, just a simple swap 993 seats also bolt on..

Actually, $4300.00 will get you a complete, new leather interior except for the seats. Everything from the headliners to the steering wheel. Brand new, French stitched leather, installed on your cores.

Here are the parts that would be included:
A pillars (pair)
dash (includes the glove box door)
pod
center console
Knee shelves (pair, suede interior)
cassette box
door panels (pair)
armrest (pair)
back console
rear seat outboard panels, pair
sun visors (pair front)
sun visors (pair rear)
rear quarters (pair)
headliner (front)
Headliner (back)
rear hatch molding (set of 3)
sunroof panel
Shifter boot
Shifter leather
Steering wheel
Handbrake cover

now that sound like a deal... i just might move in my car, then
after that upgrade i am sure i can't even afford a tent anymore..lol

Check the link in his signature, his work is exceptional. Still waiting to see pics of the exterior though so get em up! It really can't be that bad. My old one was a lost cause but I gave it the old college try.

I purchased a complete interior from a '90 off ebay, including four seats, dash, door panels, rear quarters, etc... pretty much everything except the front factory mats. I think I paid about 1K plus another $500 in shipping. There is a bit of cracking on the drivers bolster, but other than that it is very nice. There were a fe w fit issues, but not much.
