Default S4-type Metric Fuel Line Fittings

Does anyone out there have a source for these old metric fittings, aside from canabalizing old hoses? I'd like a better approach to the rear fuel hose, and different fittings would be required.

Bat Engineering in Florida has adaptors. I think an end-run around the issue of getting originals is a good option.

I need to make a short version of the fuel line loop behind the intake, between the dampner and fuel pressure regulator. Which of the metric fittings and what kind of hose should I use?

M16 X 1.5 X ?
M18 X 1.5 X ?
M22 X 1.5 X ?
