My first experience with an UNGO was with my '88 that I picked up in Santa Barbara. I was driving it back across the desert to Texas at triple digit speed off in my own little world (as I am frequently) , feeling at one with the car. All of a sudden, something jumped out of the dash onto my feet.
I damn near had a come apart.
One of the control boxes that had been tucked up under the dash had worked itself loose and fallen out onto my feet.
Then, after I got the car home and had disconnected the battery to do some work on the car, the UNGO system started uncontollably beeping. This beeping was finally solved with a 3lb hammer and the removal of at least 6 aftermarket wiring connections.
The UNGO went into the trash.
