I have SGT Estrada, and Trooper Keener of the NJ State Police that are very interested in this, partly because I am a fellow officer, and , that several other charges have been made against this guy and probable cause is being decided.
Bottom line, I was foolish, BUT, this guy is lurking out there and we may have enough evidence to put him out of business...

Probably has to start with an actual conviction. Huge waste of time IMHO. Just get his pic and print up 1,000 copies of a poster saying he molested your kid and your dog, and tape them to every light pole within 10 miles of his house*.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. Not too many months ago, I answered a call from a nervous bank manager telling me someone had overdrawn my business account $12,500 and wondered when I would make good the loss.
Turned out to be a "friend" who had access a joint checking account we used for a separate business and was tied to my corporate account. The ding-a-ling had written a few rubber checks in a couple of days time without consulting me. I had to cover the loss and I took the pinks on four of his vehicles as sucurity for his "promised return of the funds". I went to the DA who said: " We only go after big stuff" or some such nonsense. He advised me to seek "civil remedy", the cost was estimated at more than the loss. #$%@^&$#!!***!!

My insurance company told me not to register the vehicles unless I was prepared to pay the premiums on them prior to registration. So far the dork sucker has paid about $2600 back in 12 months. He keeps bouncing checks to the collection agency that is taking 30% of the recovery. Guess who is not prosecuting for the bounced checks?

He is wearing thin my patience. The law? Ha! Ha! That's a joke. Better not come around my house yakking about law and order, that's for sure.

He emailed me today and said its up to me if I want the parts or my money back...he's been out of town with the family...he says he'll get those pictures to me "soon", ......his excuse for using Dozman's pics was that he bought alot of parts independantly on Ebay so he might have used that pic by accident.....

just got back in town from our trip, and will forward the promised pics soon.
Keep in mind a lot of the small conversion parts were bought independently,
even in auctions such as ebay, if i mixed a picture it's only because I've
taken similar PICS and can't differentiate between them
