New Head Gaskets are on - Now leaking somewhere else. Initial post updated with pics.

After reading all of the ideas, I'm going to recheck the small hose that connects to the thermostat housing, routes in front of the passenger side belt cover then over to the coolant tank.
I manhandled that hose plenty of times trying to get the covers off/on, could have damaged it. Not to mention the "wet spot" topside is around the dipstick hole (directly below this hose). The coolant is then running down the oil pan, dripping off the lowest spot.
This makes sense to, when the car is parked after running it hard, some coolant flows into this hose if the expansion tank fills up. I let the car idle in the garage for about 30 minutes, even turned off the cooling fans to heat up the engine (I kept an eye on it, didn't get to hot). Not one drop anywhere (this was after the drip was discovered, trying to recreate it.)
Keep that candle lit in the 928 shrine for me.
