Thanks..!

FD,

One end is capped, as the inner core is a reservoir for water to assist in thermal capacity of the core's heat exchange ability. The water flow is through the outer section and conducts the majority of the heat from there. The restrictor can be removed to improve overall flow, but the system loses efficiency as the flow through the outer core is slowed down.....

By the way, the IC above will sit on the IC outlet below..

Yes, It is similar to a Lightning TB.., but made by Accufab for Kenne Bell and flows 1650 CFM.

The IC housing is about 6 X 18 X 2....

Ahem, More precise dimms on the blueprint...
