Sean,

Ring me from the PM number I am sending you so we can compare notes.
I actually found this method easier when doing it alone. I used Erik's method first but then found out I could not test the free turning of the clutch shaft.

Cheers,
Andre

way too much effort. if you understand how the darn thing works, you can just back off the adjsuters to have a .75 to 1mm gap.
all we are trynt to do is make sure when you push in the clutch, the INT plate springs pull back the plate so that it is not pressing on the clutch disc, BUT, not so much that it goes too far rear ward as to make contact with the pressure plate surface. (its why its not greater than 1mm for the tab spacing as you would run the risk of this happening)
The best way , is to cut a hole in the bell housing and make a removable cover so you can do what is being discussed here and not have to remove the cover when you want to do an adjustment.

after i adjusted it, mine was real loose (the H tabs) so i pinned them in position. been racing the car for 2 full racing seasons now and it works great. it wont be a problem, unless i get some pretty significant disc wear.

have fun!

Mark
