It's OK, it's not rocket science. But the timing belt system on a shark is not at all forgiving of mistakes. There is little margin for doing things half-assed, if you want to be able to re-tension after 1500 or so miles then forget about it for 50K.

OK, here are few things for you to print out in addition to the two guides I link inside the timing belt.doc. These notes are not comprehensive but just things I assembled tonight from my experience using John Pirtle's & Wally Plumley's excellent guides. I also grabbed the relevant pages from the WSM and put them in a doc file.
