Small bolts in collectors (2nd and 3rd pics) attach to two out of each four downpipes. They and studs & nuts on heads hold pipes together.

Two sets we ordered arrived few days ago. Titanium coating (on both outside and inside) was done by Embee Performance. Big thanks to Mark for setting this up.

NICE!!!
is that a common coating for heat? I always thought it was ceramic or something. they look great.

I don't know what that coating material is exactly but think it's available in several colors.

Nick, I think we did meet at the ring next to my friends S4. One set is heading into it.

Few quick pics taken with mobile phone during exhaust building at local shop.

Twin 3" all the way to not yet installed rear muffler and single 4" after it. Tip will be as large as stock S4 bumber opening allows. X was made on the spot and might not be best possible but it must help anyway. Header installation was real pain but final result is great. They fit really well and car feels much more powerful than before according to owner. Into dyno soon. Too bad there isn't representable before results.

Looks awesom Erkka!

Any chance of getting a view from the side with the car on the ground to check out the ground clearance?

That X looks good to me. Nice job. This was put together by a local muffler shop? Wow! I wish those guys were nearby.

What kind of mufflers are those?

More pics is not a problem. Just takes few days before I see it finalised. It was done by http://www.eurostainless.fi. They have been around for long time. Cost is little under $2k. Not exactly cheap but more than half is material costs . Not sure what mufflers they used. If I would have to quess I'd say they are http://www.ferrita.se products as that's what they sell.

Seems they don't need anything. They don't leak at all, so far at least.

We did some more tuning with SharkTuner yesterday evening and captured this short video also. http://members.rennlist.com/vilhuer/P1030407.mpg

Couple more mobile phone pictures. Still waiting for rear muffler. Front section fits very well. So far no problems in speedbumps or bad condition local roads either. It comes only slightly lower than stock system.

We haven't had a chance to try out EZK side yet. Today we finally managed to get car going way it should. There was small air leak next to BOV which leaked out some boost. Now it goes like we always expected it would and should. Tim has been helping us find what was wrong. Nothing wrong in the kit really. Just stupid leak and best performance was missing.
