Jarod,
A couple things.
First, you missed a little dirt on your fenderliner!!
Second, what springs are you running on the GT??
And yes, I admit it, your car is clean. Ok, I said it, are you happy now??!!

To answer your question, the suspension is the Kim Crumb spec'd Bilstein/Eibach combination.
See you at 3rd Coast!
Oh, in continuation of the theme of this thread, here's a pair of OEM Cup II's in the hard to find 17x8 ET70. I'll probably be putting them up for sale soon as I'm going with the 17x9's..

Updated 91 GT
Here's a pic of my 91 GT following complete repaint and massaged bodywork with 18" BBS LMs. The before was with 17" Sport Classics. The engine is a WIP with coil-on-plug ignition driven by an Autronic ECU in the break-in stage prior to an SC install. More pics to follow

Another wheel shot
Here's another pic of my redone 91. The wing is one I've had for quite a while but I think it was a GT wing. It happened to have a set of mounting holes that were pretty close to the spacing of the stock wing. I modified the rest of the brackets to fit. It's a plastic wing that has been painted. I recall that it also came in CF. The tuner mags usually feature them on their cars.
The hood vents are from a Jag XKR. My body guys did a great job of mounting them so they look like they are stock. I wanted a clean look that went with the car vintage.

I see you found a set, although not 18", definitely better imho since they're OEM. They look great! Also, let me go out on say that I believe you have the cleanest 928 not only on the 'list, but probably on Earth.

Marc - I don't have a full set yet. I had committed to buying the 17x8's, then ran across the 17x9's and jumped on them, both pair ET70 and only suitable for the front (well, I suppose the 9's could go on the back with a 15-30mm spacer). Anyway, I'm presently searching for some OEM17x9 ET55's for the rear. That is, unless you know where I could find some 18x10 Cup II replicas. Thanks for the kind words, but I'm sure Afshin, ChuckZ, and James Morrison (at the minimum) have me beat in the Concours department.

Minor changes like removing the side protective lists and adding the Cupmirrors gives the car a much more organic look, well enhanced by a good and shiny paintjob. Delicous !

However, there is one thing that sticks out like a sore thumb: The amber front side markers.
There are two things you could do to make them look better:
1. You could replace them with clear ones
2. You could paint the ones you have with candy apple red translucent paint and clear coat from the hobby store - this way they would blend-in with your paint color like your rear markers do. Look-up Andrew Olsen's red 91 GT - he did it, it was cheap, and it looks great!

I just browsed through this thread again... lots of interesting wheel designs and variations here that can really change the character of the 928 anywhere from mild to wild.
I find that I'm personally drawn to wheels that have thicker spokes with at least somewhat rounded styles. Some wheels on the other end of the spectrum, with few thin and rather straigth spokes seem a bit "fragile" for the beefy looking bodies of our cars.
But as usual, it's a matter of personal preference. And no matter what wheels - it's still a shark. In the end that's all that matters...
