Default Lost a 928!

"Biscuits" is out......... Can I have a moment of silence................................................................. ........................................................ Thank You!
A few fridays ago he and I were making a hardware store run in his 1985 S to get parts for my 1990S4 Katrina victim "Da U Boat" and the guy ahead of us on a street decided to back up his 3/4 ton chevy a good half of a block to get a phone number of a house that was for sale and failed to see the little RED CAR ON A BRIGHT AND SUNNY DAY. He basically parked his truck on our hood. His trailor hitch worked nicely as a can opener on the aluminum body. Scratch one nice car! We'll miss it.

Jeez... people can be such idiots. One of my first upgrades was a 130dB horn that sits right out on the bumper. I've had a couple close calls, but that horn usually makes 'em wet their pants and hit the brake!

Good idea Dave - I should do the horn on mine. Almost lost my 85 due to a dump truck cutting a corner too closely. Soory about the incident FeenN.

Here is how the mounting looks -- even without the front plate, you really can't see them unless you lean down and look:

This is not meant to be a smart-a$$ question, but why do people wipe out their license plate numbers sometimes when posting pics? Any criminal driving down the road has the opportunity to see the plate in broad daylight.....
Is there some other reason for this?
