OK here's the deal.

Since I was told the kit would fit my S4, if I sell it to an S4 or later buyer i will ENSURE that it fits that model. If it is an '85 or '86 I will assume this kit will fit. TIM: I will work it out with you if a trade is needed BEFORE shipping the kit away, thanks for the offer. SHANE: for your edification I will PURCHASE the Ford injectors as well as the piece of TUBE that goes between intercooler and supercharger and I will ENSURE that this kit is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COMPLETE BEFORE shipping it.

Does that work.

It will fit an S4! No sweat!

If you were planning on putting this on an '85-86 you would need to cut the inlet elbow off the intercooler because it does not extend far enough out to clear the wide intake. No biggy, just another hose and set of clamps.

Looks can be deceiving. The MAF sits much lower in the engine on the 85-86 intake vs the S4 and this "prototype" was designed for the 85-86. It will not fit on an S4 intake/MAF. I believe Shane to be correct about the inlet elbow because he did a test fit on his car and witnessed the interference. Since it appears this will be sold to someone with an S4 I would be happy to exchange the intercooler for the correct S4 unit. It's been awhile since I was involved with this kit so I would like to review what is all there before making any statement as to what else would be required. There was a bunch of prototype parts that were thrown into the box to help with a first off 85-86 installation that may not be relevant to installing the kit on an S4. I'm not talking about major differences from what is there but with a small influence from me will be very helpful in the over all experience (read: saving myself many future phone calls and emails).

Heinrich, I PM'd you my phone number.
