I can't post anymore pictures. I'm maxed out on my limit. Anyone know how to get more photo space?

 

Are you sure you're at your 200MB limit? Are you uploading at http://members.rennlist.org/cgi-bin/webmanager.cgi or at the link on the top right of the forum list? If the latter, then the message you're getting about the size of the pic is indicating that your pic exceeds the per-pic limit for using that method.

Do I need to resize this smaller than 640 X 480 ?

Yes, the individual image is too big. Google has an image editor called picasa -- it's free, and it's easy to make the pic smaller in size(KB) without making it smaller in size(640x480). Most of the pics on my site are resized to ~50K, even though they are 640x480. No I didn't use Picasa, I used Photoshop but that sounds like overkill for what you want.
