I'm back in a 928....
After the last 10 years with a 944 s2 as my daily driver, I'm back into a 928 (last 928 I had I put 175K miles on the clock before selling it). Bought a 1989 with 80k miles (velvet red), paided high NADA, but it is a really clean car. I tried to talk myself into a 911 or Boxster, but the 928 is still my favorite. A couple of quick questions: Pervious owner removed the rear muffler with a RMB, nice tone, but too loud for daily driving, ...Also need an extra set of keys made, can a good key shop do this or do I need to go to the dealer?
Thanks, great support group that you guys have developed...

I think this is who Samantha is referring to. I wouldn't go to a dealer for anything if I could get it somewhere else.

Now since you are just up in Atlanta you need to make your first Shark event to attend the 48 hr PCA races in Sebring Fla. the 2nd week in Feb! See the ongoing post about it.

Ahhh... behold the power of the Shark! Welcome back!
Edit: I used Stuart at Keys4classics.com for my keys. Just send him a high res picture of your existing key, and he'll make them from that. Pretty unbelieveable, but mine work perfectly! I think it was about $75 for 2 keys including shipping from Australia - maybe a bit less.

I'm back in a 928....a few pictures
Drove a lot of toads over the last couple of years before I found this one. 1989 81k miles and yes, this first thing I removed was the steering wheel wrap..JS
