I started drinking for the new year so this thead could get interesting again - no fresh produce so do not go there.
Lorelei is home this time, who here thinks I should create her an account and get her involved on Rennlist? Show of hands? No one? Ok, nevermind.

You have 2 (almost)...days, to drink.... BEFORE, the new year Hacker....A "fellow" your age, shouldn't drink more than 1 day at a time (at least as a New Years resolution)...you'll "burn out" in less than 6.. (no 3)....(no 1)... months... if, you start 2 days early. Good Luck though. I personally, got faith in you, and I hope you make it. Just don't be surprised, when you see a bunch of these guys, (who have been posting right here on this thread....having a meet and eat...when you fail. I'll save YOU a seat.... Carry on brutha....!!

I remember St.Patties day about 5 years ago I was hanging out with 5 guys from Ireland, who my bro-in-law knew (Patrick Kelly, guess his blood line). 8AM we had an Irish breakfast:
Eggs
Sausage
Vodka - lots of Vodka with a splash of tomato juice
We were blitzed by noon and did not stop until 5AM. What a night

OK THEN...that removes any doubts I may have had !!! However...make sure you allow sufficient "meltdown""recovery" time....BEFORE, you go back to work. You wouldn't want o give the wrong impression (of 928 owners)...to the movers and shakers of the business world. Cool, German precision...thats our group...(even you)...

I didn't mean to imply otherwise my friend, (if thats what I did). For the record..., we've never met, although...I do look forward to meeting you... when that does occur. I I hope my attempt at "good natured" humor, hasn't offended you..., or in any way gave anyone, the wrong impression. I have truly enjoyed the opportunity, to join this community of 928 owners, and enthusiasts, and everyone heres input and ideas..., have helped me sort my car from a $6000... 1986.5 Porsche 928S.... with "issues" ...to a car, I get the "nice car" , and "that car for sale" ?? kind of conversation..., at every gas pump., or Hell...even at stoplights...I encounter this, (along with the overall "fun factor" of driving this car).... , makes "pride of ownership" , more satisfying to me, owning a 20 year old 928S, than my 1995 Mitubishi 3000GT VR4, which is really saying something, although I'd prefer not to say what that is.
