We already have a thread on this.
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-forum/229388-post-pictures-of-your-interior-and-exterior-not-performance-modifications.html
Hope we can keep things together in one thread and use it for reference.

The sunroof was removed and the edges that bent down from the metal were hammered out (I guess that's how they do it) to reduce the gap distance, then welded in and putty-ied in... being sanded today.

The fuel door was tough... I first thought of the entire cap system... complex and $$$, then I looked hard for custom doors which today, are mostly geared to SUV's. Then I saw that the Mustang (an actual Ford part) has a smaller door that would not look out of place compred to the larger SUV doors, best of all it was cheaper. It has a mustang on the inside of teh cover, but then I have a ford based fuel injection system, so it's sort of OK.

I like the rain rail removal. I thought about that on my 78 when I had all the paint off. I was concerned about flex with the fiberglass - I see you did with metal.

No mods here. Nope none.
"These arent the mods your looking for..."....my son has been watching too much STARWARS, sorry
It could actually turn into pretty long post for some ....with expensive flashbacks!

RE: Rub strips.
Many have welded. I tried fiberglass, which was then baked in the SoCal sun for oh, 6 months. Then painted and baked again.
So Far, so good. Not has hard as many have said.
