Don't know what pricing you've got, but I had a custom SC pulley made by these guys.
4" diameter, 6 rib, one-off piece was $160 shipped and 2-3 weeks time.
I sent them the stock Ford pulley to get dimensions (offset) off of so they could make my custom larger one.
Beautiful piece - maybe you can work a deal out for "volume"...

I have talked with them in the past about using their idlers and pulley rings. I was planning on making my hub compatible with their Lightning crank rings, but decided that it was a better overall design to have the dedicated supercharger pulley back as far as possible for hood clearance and belt behavior. I cant see needing anything larger than 165mm in this application, so just made it fixed.
They are a good source though for low volume pulleys, and their catalog idlers and components are very fair.

Looking for recommendations or experiences regarding spark plugs for your roots/twin screw boosted applications. What're you folks running? Tony, Darien, AO, Hans, et al? Thanks in advance.

Chris, this will be another opinionated question 
. I believe Bill Ball ran stock Bosh plugs with his roots. I run NGK but have to wait until I get home to check which part number.

NGK numbers go up as they get colder
Bosch numbers go down as they get colder

LOL. I don't mean to start a storm. Thanks for the input guys. I knew it needed to be at least one heat range colder, but at to material and possible other attributes I wasn't sure what folks had good success with. The one mention that I found in this thread was for NGK1095's. Thanks again.

For those with the "injectors mounted in a bushing centered over the intake port" in the Pizza-box style intake...any concerns/experience with fuel spray getting "mixed around" inside the manifold?
Seems to me that under the right conditions having the injector merely spraying in the general direction of the intake port (rather than in a dedicated, confined intake runner tube) that internal manifold turbulence would carry fuel away from the intended cylinder...though I guess in a batch fire setup if it's all moving around all the cylinders are going to be getting a similar "mixture" anyways?
Or in your setups, is the tip of the injector actually inside the confines of the cylinder head port?

I'm not smart enough to calculate but I can certainly do some measuring. Or as I said in an earlier post on this thread, I can ship this spare upper/lower that I have. You pay shipping both ways and I'll gladly let you borrow it for a month or so. :-)
